Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NotifyOnChange platform, browser extension, or tracking infrastructure operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, development agencies, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NotifyOnChange.com provides decentralized data collection tools designed to monitor public Shopify storefront configurations, theme updates, application stack migrations, and structural adjustments. By deploying our tools, you gain visibility into architectural mutations across the digital radius you define.

3. Permitted Use & Telemetry Limits

You are granted permission to deploy NotifyOnChange for commercial agency execution, technical prospecting, and multi-brand competitive discovery.

• ✓ YOU MAY: Use our browser extension as a local telemetry node to audit storefronts in active browser sessions.
• ✓ YOU MAY: Integrate our alert webhooks (Slack/Discord) into your internal team workspaces for client monitoring.
• ✕ YOU MAY NOT: Overload or target platform-critical data coordination endpoints.
• ✕ YOU MAY NOT: Reverse engineer, systematically clone, or resell the local asset injection and telemetry scripts.
• ✕ YOU MAY NOT: Leverage collected historical indices to engineer unauthorized automated scraping farms.

4. Nodes, Allocation & Billing

Local Telemetry Node: The basic lookup functionality operates directly within your local browser viewport via the free extension allocation, requiring no subscription or licensing fees.

Premium Matrix Plans: Expanded monitoring volumes, server-side data persistence, and automated webhook routing are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a periodic basis (monthly) processed securely through our integrated settlement gateways.

Cancellation & Deactivation: You can deactivate your nodes or cancel your premium allocation at any time directly through your console dashboard. Access remains active until the expiration of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform console layouts, telemetry code patterns, analytical engine algorithms, and system architecture belong strictly to us. You retain full organizational custody and ownership of your target domain arrays, workspace configurations, and filtered alerts. You own your data; we own the execution framework.

6. Public Ecosystem Tracking Disclaimer

Our infrastructure processes strictly public storefront metadata, theme parameters, exposed schema configurations, and client-side application variables. We do not inspect, intercept, or store private checkout payloads, administrative backends, authentication layers, or consumer records. You assume full regulatory compliance regarding the tracking targets you input into your active workspace.

7. Availability & Data Mutations

We optimize our network for continuous uptime, yet localized browser runtime updates or structural changes on targeted systems may trigger brief data mutations. We reserve the authority to adjust parsing indices to maintain tracking integrity and bypass active bot-filtering noise.

8. Privacy & Data Isolation

Your monitored target radius is yours alone. We enforce zero ad-networks, zero external third-party data packaging, and zero commercial resale of your workspace tracking parameters. The architecture stores only the precise technical footprints required to generate active structural alerts.

9. Limitation of Liability

NotifyOnChange provides raw structural observation metrics as-is. We do not guarantee that every front-end asset deployment or merchant application switch will be isolated with 100% precision. We accept no liability for external contract changes, client turnover, or lost billable development cycles resulting from notification timelines or false data states. Under all conditions, our liability thresholds are strictly capped at the total financial capital transferred to us by your account over the immediate preceding 12-month window.

10. Account Restriction

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access matrices if account usage manifests clear evidence of automated resource abuse or system scanning vulnerabilities. You may purge your node mappings and completely scrub your records from our databases at any time.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

Operations run globally across a distributed layer. Any systemic legal friction is governed under the laws of our primary incorporation jurisdiction. We actively favor resolving structural disagreements via direct, pragmatic human dialogue over adversarial legal mechanisms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or adjust these infrastructure terms at any time. By continuing to maintain active telemetry nodes after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
